THE BLONDS - SPRING 14
The Blonds presented a Spring/Summer 2014 collection inspired by their favorite space age Blonds. They drew inspiration mainly from the sci-fi cult classic Barbarella and infused it with another classic Blond, Tweety Bird. David and Phillipe curated irreverent yet mature looks with references from the movie, cues from 1960s mod design and space age lines. This collection was truly from another space and time. My hand embellishment skills were put to use on several of the looks since this collection was all about creating tactile texture.
